    The No Spray Rule: try not to use aerosol cooking sprays. These contain additives that burn at low temperatures, creating a sticky build-up that can permanently damage the ceramic's easy-flow release.

    Utensils: The interior of the pan is metal utensil safe, we do recommend that you use nylon, wooden, or silicone utensils to prolong the durability of your non-stick cookware. Avoid cutting with sharp utensils on the non-stick surface.

    Grill/Broiler Warning: Only use DuraPan non-stick cookware under a grill or broiler for short periods of time. The intense, direct overhead heat can compromise the specialised ceramic surface.

  • INITIAL CLEANING: Before your first use, remove all labels, wash your DuraPan bakeware in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

    If packaging glue is difficult to remove:

    1. Carefully pour boiling water over the glue and surrounding area.

    2. Allow the heat to soften the glue.

    3. Safely wipe it away with a paper towel.

    CLEANING: To help preserve the coating of the baking pans, hand washing is recommended. However, the pans are dishwasher safe. For best results, remove them promptly after the cycle. Do not pour cold water into hot baking pans, as this may cause warping. Always allow bakeware to cool before immersing in water. After each use, hand wash the pans with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth. Rinse and dry thoroughly, paying particular attention under the rims.

    EFFICIENT HEATING: Preheat oven before baking, the pan is oven safe up to 230C. Do not overheat empty bakeware. Ensure that ingredients are in the bakeware prior to heating. Not suitable for use in microwave ovens. Not suitable for cooktop use.

    UTENSILS: We suggest using wooden, silicone and nylon utensils. Avoid cutting with sharp utensils on the non-stick surface.
